Amanzoe exudes a divine aura. The resort is bathed in light, embraced by fragrant gardens and olive groves, and offers breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the valleys and the Aegean Sea. Amanzoe translates to “Peaceful Life,” and the resort truly embodies this, placing you in a zen zone. With Aman Hotels’ distinctive and consistent approach to aesthetics, respect for natural surroundings, and commitment to privacy, you’ll find yourself in the gentle care of Greece’s finest resort.
“One of Greece’s most beautiful resorts. Even when fully occupied, it feels like you’re the only ones there. Enormous pavilions with a pool, beach club, restaurants, and a spa. Everything is sublime and lavish, yet perfectly understated. Take the helicopter from Athens airport to Amanzoe. It’s quick and effortless. Book well in advance; this place sells out quickly.”

Amanzoe overlooks the sea from its hilltop in the eastern Peloponnese. The Greek climate often tempts a dip into the sea when the sun warms your cheeks. By the large infinity pool, serene sunbeds oversee the scenic view and landscape. There’s a smaller, covered pool for those needing some cooling shade. It’s also excellent for travelling with children. To visit the private Beach Club, simply inform Aman’s attentive staff, who’ll arrange a complimentary transfer to the coast, where two 25-metre lap pools and a beautiful Greek bay with clear turquoise water await you.
Inspired by classic Greek architecture, Amanzoe uses only the finest materials. The 38 luxurious “Pavilions” each have private terraces with a plunge pool and views over the picturesque surroundings in Porto Heli. The choice will be whether to opt for a 12-metre pool or a 6-metre one. With light, elegant design, even the “smallest” Pavilion is 210 m². Space is never an issue at Amanzoe. The seven Villas, with up to 9 rooms, are ideal for multi-generational travel, offering unique and exclusive privacy. These villas come with a private chef and host, and have been used by 80days travellers celebrating milestone birthdays. As Amanzoe has only a few coveted Pavilions and Villas, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Aman’s two boats are worthy of James Bond. Cruise for half or a whole day, discovering quaint towns and islands, snorkelling in the crystal-clear ocean, sunbathing, and witnessing the striking sunset from the sea. In the water sports centre, you can borrow Hobie Cats, sea kayaks, windsurfing gear, and snorkelling equipment.
Aman Hotels are closely tied to local culture, especially in culinary terms. Amanzoe’s kitchen centres around phenomenal Greek produce, akin to Noma’s focus on Nordic ingredients. The main restaurant prioritises this, while the poolside restaurant offers mezze, lamb, and seafood by day. By night, Nama serves incredible traditional Japanese food. Lunch at the Beach Club is casual, with refreshing drinks, gourmet pizzas, and bite-sized Greek specialties. Enjoy cocktails inspired by Greek Gods by the bar, with a view of a legendary sunset, or outside by the fireplace under the stars. We recommend trying the locally produced wines on the extensive wine list.
